To purchase a print from the Online Collection

Gallery Natsuhiko uses the PayPal system to ensure the most secure and convenient means for our international patrons to purchase prints. You can use all major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, or the PayPal system itself to make a purchase with confidence.

Simply click on the Buy Now button next to the print you wish to order and you will be taken to the PayPal secure site to confirm the details of your order - check the artist name, work reference number and price are correct - and then select your method of payment and shipping address. Once we receive notification of payment from PayPal your order will be dispatched, normally within 48 hours.

Shipping

All prices quoted in the Online Collection include postage and packing, and insurance to most international destinations. Local import duties, taxes or other subsequently assessed charges must however be paid by the purchaser.

Returns

Our policy is to offer only prints in the finest condition. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, items must be returned within seven days of receipt, at buyer's expense. 

We make every effort to give a full and accurate description of our works and are happy to answer any questions before shipping. Our returns policy applies only if there is a mistake in our description of an item or if an item is received in an unexpected condition.

Privacy and Security Policy

Gallery Natsuhiko will keep any personal details, including your email address, only for the purpose of dealing with the original enquiry or order, and will not use those details for any other purpose nor share them with any other party. We will also take all reasonable and appropriate measures to protect those details.
